▍Do not casually dispose of used face masks!

A:I’ve finished using my face mask, I’m going to throw it away

B:No. Used face masks might have bacteria. Randomly throwing them away can be bad for the environment and the health of other people

A:What am I supposed to do then? 

B:Fold the mask, secure it with the ear loops, then dispose of it in a standard trash can and don’t forget to wash your hands

Remember: If you have respiratory symptoms, place the mask in a plastic bag before disposing of it
